Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
  • Customers may request a return within 7-14 days from the date of receipt, depending on the seller and the product category.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In original packaging with all accessories, labels, tags and documentation intact.
  • Items must be eligible (wrong/defective, wrong color/size, missing parts, etc.)
  • Defective or damaged product. Wrong item delivered. Not as advertised. Does not match description. Size issues for apparel/footwear. Missing parts or freebies. Expired goods. Change of mind sometimes under “easy return” but more limited.
  • Non-returnable items include:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Digital products and downloadable software
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Most items are returnable, but there are many exceptions: clothing worn/washed or tags removed; grocery, food; some health/personal care items; customization; underwear; etc
  • 2. Return Process

    1. Submit a return request via [My Orders → Return Item→ fill in reason → follow shipping instructions] or contact customer support.Some returns need to be shipped back; buyers may need proof of return.

    2. Provide proof of purchase and evidence (photos/videos) of damage, defect or wrong item.Clear packaging evidence if necessary.

    3. Once approved, ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable).

    4. The item must be returned within 5-7 days after approval (varies by country).

    3. Refunds
    • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on payment method, but can take up to 30 days depending on the bank/card.
    • Timelines vary by payment provider.
    • Refunds to store credit/wallet may be faster.
    4. Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please specify replacement details in your return request.

    5. Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • If free return shipping is available, details will be provided in return instructions.
    • 6. Late or Missing Refunds

      Refunds are usually completed within 7–14 business days after approval.

      If you have not received your refund:

      1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

      2. Contact your payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      3. If you still have not received it after 30 days, contact us at support@mcorpglobal.com.
