1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed for shipping.
- To cancel an order, contact our customer support at: support@mcorpglobal.com or use the “Cancel Order” option in your account.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return instead.
2. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7–14 days from the date of delivery, depending on the product category.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging with all accessories, labels, and tags intact.
- Items that are defective, damaged, wrong, or not as described.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Digital products and downloadable software
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Return Process
- Submit a return request via My Orders → Return Item or contact customer support.
- Provide proof of purchase and evidence (photos/videos) of damage, defect, or incorrect items.
- Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable).
- Ensure the item is returned within 5–7 days after approval.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
- Refunds to store credit or wallet may be processed faster.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Specify replacement details in your return request for faster processing.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
- Refunds are usually completed within 7–14 business days after approval.
- If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
