Cancellation & Returns

1. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed for shipping.
  • To cancel an order, contact our customer support at: support@mcorpglobal.com or use the “Cancel Order” option in your account.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return instead.
2. Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 7–14 days from the date of delivery, depending on the product category.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In the original packaging with all accessories, labels, and tags intact.
    • Items that are defective, damaged, wrong, or not as described.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Digital products and downloadable software
    • Personal care or hygiene products
    • Clearance or final sale items
3. Return Process
  • Submit a return request via My Orders → Return Item or contact customer support.
  • Provide proof of purchase and evidence (photos/videos) of damage, defect, or incorrect items.
  • Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable).
  • Ensure the item is returned within 5–7 days after approval.
4. Refunds
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Refunds to store credit or wallet may be processed faster.
5. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Specify replacement details in your return request for faster processing.
6. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Details for free return shipping (if applicable) will be provided in the return instructions.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
  • Refunds are usually completed within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • If you have not received your refund:
    • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
    • Contact your payment provider if the refund hasn’t posted.
    • If the refund is still missing after 30 days, contact us at support@mcorpglobal.com.
